How it Works
Our process is designed to make your internship experience as smooth as possible. It begins with an employer registering with us and uploading their internship requirements. Students seeking internships can then browse these postings and apply. We then provide training to both parties prior to the commencement of the internship. Throughout the program, we monitor progress and provide support where needed.
What we do
Interns Africa is a social responsibility unit of Smart Africa aimed at providing budding students in Universities with their internship program. We aim to bridge the gap by connecting with potential industry players for their internship requirements. For a small fee paid by the employer, we are able to handhold the whole three or six month internship program on behalf of the employer.
